Luis has 14 years of experience in delivering complete software solutions for corporations. Luis has been building solutions for a wide range of industries including financial services and banking, and IT services integration.

Luis was born in Mexico and was educated there. In 1995 Luis obtained a Bachelors Degree in Computer Systems from the Autonomous University of Coahuila at Monclova. With a Program of Excellence Scholarship from CONACYT, Luis obtained a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies at Monterrey in 2000. He moved to the US in late 2000.

In 2004, Luis joined Raquel Ibarra and founded Advanced Microsystems.
